woopsbet FAQ
Deposits, withdrawals, betting rules and account help — answered in full.
Deposits
Funding your wallet with crypto, which networks are supported, and how long it takes.
How do I deposit USDT on BNB Chain (BEP20) at woopsbet?
Open your wallet, tap Deposit, and choose USDT · BEP20 from the coin list. Enter the amount of USDT you want credited, then tap Get deposit address.
You will be shown a deposit address, a QR code, and the exact amount to send. Send that amount from your own wallet or exchange, making sure you select the BNB Chain (BEP20) network on their side.
Your balance updates automatically once the network confirms the transfer, usually within a minute or two on BNB Chain. There is nothing else to click.
Which cryptocurrencies can I deposit?
woopsbet accepts USDT on BEP20 and ERC20, USDC on Solana, BEP20 and ERC20, plus BNB, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, TRON and Solana.
Whichever coin you send, your wallet is credited in USDT at the rate quoted on the invoice. USDT is the only currency used on the site, so you never have to think about which coin your balance is in.
What is the minimum deposit?
It depends on the coin, because every blockchain charges a different fee to move funds. Cheap networks such as BNB Chain, Solana and TRON usually allow deposits from around 2–3 USDT. Bitcoin and Ethereum have higher network fees, so their minimums are typically 10–25 USDT.
The deposit form shows the exact minimum for whichever coin you select, before you enter an amount. If you try to deposit below it, you will be told the real figure rather than having the request fail.
Do I pay a fee to deposit?
No. woopsbet covers the payment gateway and network fees on deposits, so the amount you are quoted to send is exactly the amount credited to your wallet. Ask to deposit 50 USDT, send 50 USDT, receive 50 USDT.
You still pay whatever your own wallet or exchange charges to send the transaction — that is outside our control.
How long does a crypto deposit take to show in my balance?
Most deposits credit within one to three minutes. The exact time depends on the network you chose and how busy it is. BNB Chain, Solana and TRON usually confirm in under a minute. Bitcoin can take ten minutes or more, since it waits for block confirmations.
You do not need to keep the page open. The credit is applied automatically when the network confirms, and it will be waiting in your balance when you return.
I sent my deposit on the wrong network. Can it be recovered?
Usually not. Each deposit address belongs to one specific blockchain. USDT sent on ERC20 to a BEP20 address, for example, is generally unrecoverable.
This is why the deposit screen names the network on the address and repeats it in the warning underneath. Always match the network shown on woopsbet to the network selected in your sending wallet.
What happens if I send less than the invoice amount?
Your wallet is credited in proportion to what actually arrived rather than the payment being rejected. Send half the invoice and roughly half the USDT is credited.
If the amount that arrives is below the network minimum, contact support through the Telegram link in the footer.
Withdrawals
Cashing out in USDT, the fee, supported networks, and how long review takes.
How do I withdraw my winnings?
Open your wallet and tap Withdraw. Choose either USDT on BEP20 (BNB Chain) or USDT on ERC20 (Ethereum), paste your own wallet address, and enter the amount.
The form shows the fee and the exact amount you will receive before you confirm. Once submitted, the request goes into a queue and is paid by hand after review.
What is the withdrawal fee at woopsbet?
A 3% fee is taken from the amount you request. Request 100 USDT and 97 USDT is sent to your wallet.
Deposits are never charged. The fee applies to withdrawals only, and it is shown live on the withdrawal form as you type the amount, so there is no surprise at the end.
How long do crypto bet withdrawals take?
Withdrawals are reviewed and paid manually, normally within a few hours. Once sent, the blockchain transfer itself is fast: BNB Chain typically confirms in under a minute, Ethereum usually within a few minutes depending on network congestion.
Manual review is deliberate. It means the payout wallet is not connected to the web server, which is a meaningful security difference from books that pay out automatically.
Can I withdraw in Bitcoin or another coin I deposited?
No. Withdrawals are USDT only, on BNB Chain or Ethereum, regardless of which coin you deposited. Your wallet balance is held in USDT, so that is what is paid out.
If you need a different asset, withdraw USDT and convert it at an exchange of your choice.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
The minimum withdrawal is 20 USDT. This exists because sending a smaller amount would cost more in network fees than it is worth.
My withdrawal was rejected. What happens to my money?
The full amount, fee included, is returned to your wallet balance and the reason is recorded against the request. Nothing is kept.
Betting and settlement
How odds work, which markets are offered, and when bets are settled and paid.
What markets can I bet on?
Every game offers match result (1X2), over/under totals and handicap. Soccer games add double chance and draw no bet.
The coupon shows the two main markets so it stays readable on a phone. Tap any game to open the full market list and place a bet from there.
How are odds displayed?
Odds are decimal. An outcome at 2.50 returns 2.50 USDT for every 1 USDT staked, stake included — so a 10 USDT bet at 2.50 returns 25 USDT in total.
Prices are sourced from multiple bookmakers, combined into a single consensus line, and republished with woopsbet's own margin so every market on the site is priced consistently.
Can I bet on a game that has already started?
No. woopsbet is pre-match only. Once a game kicks off it is removed from the coupon and bets on it are refused.
When are bets settled and paid?
Bets settle automatically once final scores are available, and winnings are credited straight to your wallet balance. There is nothing to claim.
Accumulators settle when every leg has a result. If a leg is voided — a postponed match, or a total landing exactly on the line — that leg drops out at odds of 1.00 and the rest of the bet stands.
What happens if a match is postponed or abandoned?
That selection is voided. On a single bet your stake is returned. On an accumulator the voided leg is removed and the remaining legs settle as normal.
The odds changed while I was placing my bet. Why?
Prices move as bookmakers adjust their lines. Every bet is re-priced on the server at the moment it is placed, and if the price has moved you are shown the new one and asked to confirm rather than being given a stale number.
Account and security
Registering, your auth code, and recovering access.
What is the auth code and why do I need one?
The auth code is a secret you set when you register. It replaces email password recovery: if you forget your password, you reset it with your email address plus your auth code.
Store it somewhere safe, the same way you would store a wallet seed phrase. It is the only route back into your account.
I forgot both my password and my auth code. What now?
The product itself cannot recover the account, by design — there is no email reset to intercept. Contact support through the Telegram link in the footer and an operator will verify you manually.
Do I need to verify my identity to bet?
Registration needs a username, email address, password and auth code. No documents are required to open an account or place a bet.
Which currency is my account held in?
USDT, always. Deposits in any supported coin are converted and credited in USDT, balances are shown in USDT, bets are staked in USDT and withdrawals are paid in USDT. There is one currency to think about.
Responsible gambling
Keeping betting something you can afford.
Is betting on woopsbet suitable for everyone?
No. You must be 18 or older, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Betting is not a way to make money and should never be treated as income.
Only stake what you can afford to lose entirely. If betting stops being entertainment, stop.
How do I know if my gambling is becoming a problem?
Common signs include betting more than you planned, chasing losses with larger stakes, borrowing money to bet, hiding your betting from people close to you, and feeling anxious or irritable when you are not betting.
If any of these sound familiar, step away and speak to someone. Free, confidential help is available worldwide through organisations such as GamCare, Gambling Therapy and Gamblers Anonymous.
Can I close my account?
Yes. Contact support through the Telegram link in the footer and ask for your account to be closed. Withdraw any remaining balance first.
